1-Pour 3cl of cream with the vanilla syrup and grated lemon. Whip it with a small hand blender. 2-Pour the rest of the ingredients in the shaker, mix and pour in to the glass. 3-Pour the whiped vanilla&lemon cream in the top of the cocktail 4-Burn with a torch the sugar cane over the drink till create a caramel crust Serve over a stone with a "lemon candle", burned cinamon, cape gooseberry and seeds.
