7cl of Fresh Cream

2cl of Homemade Pumpkin Marmalade Syrup

1,5cl of Limoncello

1,5cl of Bols Vanilla Liqueur

4cl of Raisins Infused Bols Vodka

1pinch of Cinnamon

1pinch of Grated Lemon

2cl Vanilla Syrup

1 Sugar Cube
1-Pour 3cl of cream with the vanilla syrup and grated lemon. Whip it with a small hand blender.
2-Pour the rest of the ingredients in the shaker, mix and pour in to the glass.
3-Pour the whiped vanilla&lemon cream in the top of the cocktail
4-Burn with a torch the sugar cane over the drink till create a caramel crust
Serve over a stone with a "lemon candle", burned cinamon, cape gooseberry and seeds.
